Unopened merchandise purchased from Terrific Teaching Tools may be exchanged or returned for full refund within 30 days of the date purchased, minus shipping cost. Sorry Terrific Teaching Tools does not give refunds on workbooks.

The refund will be made in the method paid, credit card, check, gift certificate or cash.

If merchandise was paid for by credit card, the same card will be
credited with amount of the refund. Credit for approved returns will be given within 48 hours of receipt of the returns goods.
