Merchandise purchased from Terrific Teaching Tools that remains unopened may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, excluding shipping costs. However, refunds are not available for workbooks.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method: credit card, check, gift certificate, or cash. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be issued to that same card. Credits for approved returns will be issued within 48 hours after we receive the returned items.
